SAVOIRNET developed the organizational change process for the Outreach and Public Programs Branch of the National Archives as part of the institution-wide transformation. This was the first phase of a larger integration activity that ultimately merged two important Canadian institutions: the Library of Canada and the Archives of Canada.
The process included facilitated working sessions with staff over a period of four months, including project management and change management discussions that helped ensure that change requirements would be addressed appropriately. SAVOIRNETís involvement greatly assisted the Branch throughout the integration activity.
